Our Story

ESIP is an industry led representative network group for Emerging Sustainability Infrastructure Professionals that work in the Australian built environment & infrastructure sector.

ESIP members are early/mid-career professionals (typically 0-10 years' experience), who are establishing their career in the sustainability field.

Our Commitment

ESIP facilitates member networking events, supports professional development opportunities and advocates for Sustainability in Infrastructure.

Our Journey

Established in 2023, ESIP has over 150 members. Membership, joining events and our programs are voluntary and free; with the aim of fostering more open cross project collaboration across the infrastructure industry.

Our Network

ESIP has local member networks in Vicotria, New South Wales and Queensland with future expansion into South Australia in 2026. All groups are led by Sustainability professionals in industry on a volunteer basis.

Our Mission

Given the criticality for climate action, the construction industry must act rapidly and leverages early career workforce to drive innovative sustainable solutions.

ESIP aims to be a united front for sustainability professionals in the infrastructure industry.

Through our programs, we aim to empower emerging Sustainability professionals through facilitating networking and professional development opportunities.

Through collaborating with ESIP, you are empowering early career professionals to collaborate and share ideas to advance Sustainability in Infrastructure.
